Arturo Enriquez Jr. to serve the children of Limatambo, Peru

Greetings dear friends and family.

January 31st, 2012 · No Comments · News Updates

The missionary field has held a very special place in my heart from the moment my ears first heard stories of courageous men and women who have answered the call to go and serve firsthand in different nations across the globe. God has blessed me immensely with health, shelter, security, and most importantly spiritual maturity. He has endowed me with a desire to reach out and demonstrate His love to others just as He did so to an undeserving people. Once again I feel led to answer His call to allow myself to be used.

I have made the decision to dedicate a year of my life to partner with “Interdenominational Christian Missions” (“ICM”) and minister to the children of Casa del Aguila in Limatambo, Peru. ICM provides support for Christ-centered work to bring salvation and safety to impoverished people in Latin America through feeding, clothing, educating, and counseling programs. For more information regarding the many ways ICM aids the Peru people and children please visit www.icmweb.org.

The purpose of this letter is twofold. First, I ask for prayer – that God bestow His blessings and protection over myself as I partake in this memorable service. Second, that you reflect on sponsorship – “And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 4:19. I plan on departing January 1, 2015 and I must raise $3,000 to fulfill my call to this mission.

I thank you in advance for your support through prayer and for those able, your charity in allowing me to fulfill my heart’s desire – helping those in need. I will keep you in my prayers and ask that God bless you and keep you and that His favor be with you and your family. I also ask that God give you much wisdom and discernment in how to best meet the needs of my efforts here.
